This document establishes the terms and conditions for using the platform https://afterluma.onrender.com/, operated by AFTER LUMA SRL. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. LEGAL AGE & ELIGIBILITY: This platform is intended strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to access, view, or create an account. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. We employ active age verification measures.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES: We provide a platform for users to view multimedia content and interact with independent content creators via chat and virtual donations (Lumens/Luma).
3. VIRTUAL CURRENCY (LUMA): Users may purchase "Luma" (Lumens) to tip or interact with models. Luma is a licensed digital token strictly for use on this platform. It holds no real-world monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or transferred outside the platform.
4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT: You agree not to use the platform to harass, threaten, spam, distribute illegal content, or promote violence. Any violation will result in immediate account termination without notice and potential reporting to law enforcement.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All content hosted remains the property of its respective creators or AFTER LUMA SRL. Unauthorized recording, downloading, distribution, or reproduction of any broadcasts or materials is strictly prohibited and violates copyright laws.
6. SYNTHETIC & AI CONTENT (DEEPFAKES): In strict compliance with Mastercard regulations and anti-abuse policies, generating, uploading, or transmitting synthetic content (AI-generated media, including "deepfakes") depicting real persons without their explicit, verifiable written consent is strictly banned. Violations will result in immediate account termination, fund freezing, and reporting to authorities.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for user-generated content, technical interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the platform.
