1. PURCHASING LUMENS: https://afterluma.onrender.com/ utilizes "Luma" (Lumens) as its internal virtual currency. All transactions are securely processed in EUR or USD.
2. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY: Due to the digital and immediate nature of our services (live streaming, chat, tipping, and private content access), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a Luma package is purchased and credited to your account, no refunds, partial or full, will be issued under any circumstances.
3. CHARGEBACKS & "FRIENDLY FRAUD": We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent chargebacks. If you initiate a bank dispute or chargeback for legitimate services rendered, your account will be permanently banned. Furthermore, your details (IP, email, transaction records) will be reported to shared high-risk industry anti-fraud databases, which may impact your ability to use other online platforms.
4. TECHNICAL EXCEPTIONS: If an undisputed technical error occurs on our end (e.g., you are billed twice for the same package due to a system glitch), you must contact afterluma@proton.me within 48 hours of the incident, providing valid proof of payment. We will investigate and manually credit the missing Lumens or process a reversal if warranted.
