MODEL REGULATIONS — AFTERLUMA

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These regulations establish the terms and obligations for all models registered on the AFTERLUMA platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").

1.2. By accepting these regulations, the model confirms having read, understood, and agreed to all of its provisions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. All models must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

2.2. Models must provide valid identification documents for age verification.

2.3. Models must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in their jurisdiction.

3. DOCUMENTS AND VERIFICATION

3.1. Models must upload: a) Front and back copy of their ID (ID card/passport) b) A selfie holding the ID next to their face c) Any additional documents requested by the administration

3.2. All documents are manually verified by the administration.

3.3. Verification can take up to 72 hours on business days.

4. CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR

4.1. All content published on the profile (photo/video gallery, feed) must be non-explicit and fall within the "soft erotic" category.

4.2. Publishing content (on the profile) that contains the following is strictly prohibited: a) Explicit sexual acts. b) Violence or threats. c) Encouraging illegal behavior. d) Discrimination or hate speech. e) Copyright infringement of third parties.

4.3. Models must maintain professional behavior towards users and the platform.

4.7 Specific Rules for Shows

4.7.1 What is permitted (including in Public Chat)

a) Complete nudity. b) Visible use of intimate toys or accessories. c) Any type of intimate play or touch (masturbation, explicit shows, etc.). d) Suggestive and explicit language regarding sexual acts. e) Direct interaction and flirting to attract and convert users. f) All of the above must be done while respecting safety rules and consent (see 4.7.4). g) The purpose of these actions in the public show is to attract users to purchase paid private shows.

4.7.2 What is prohibited

a) Direct sexual acts with another person who is uncensored and not registered with consent on the platform. b) Any action that puts the model's life or health in real danger. c) Requesting or accepting direct payments outside the platform (all transactions must occur through the Lumens system).

4.7.3 Logic of the public room

The public room functions as an attraction and conversion zone — the goal is to provide an interactive, free, and explicit show that draws users to paid private shows (After Hours, Luma Show, or exclusive 1-on-1 sessions), where they receive exclusive attention.

4.7.4 Mandatory Consent (Co-performers)

a) In both private and public shows, no other persons (male, female, or any other gender) may appear without previously having completed and approved a consent form on the platform (the Co-Performers system). This is a strict rule. b) Any unauthorized presence (even accidentally in the background) will lead to the immediate closure of the show and possible account suspension, for legal reasons.

4.7.5 Special rules for temporarily displayed models (e.g., Stripchat integration)

a) Models displayed from external sources are subject to the rules of the source platform and not the internal Afterluma regulations. b) Users will be visibly informed that these rooms are externally hosted (clear badge or label: "External stream"). c) The Afterluma platform is not legally responsible for content broadcast by external models. d) As our own models are activated, external rooms will be progressively replaced.

5. CONSENT AND IMAGE RIGHTS

5.1. The model confirms having explicit consent for all published content.

5.2. The model grants the Platform the right to host and distribute the content on the platform, strictly under the conditions set by the model (public/private).

5.3. The model may request content deletion at any time, with 48 hours' notice.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

6.1. The platform commits to keeping identity documents strictly confidential.

6.2. Personal information (real name, address, ID) is never made public under any circumstances.

6.3. The stage name is the only public identifier of the model.

7. PAYMENTS AND COMPENSATION

7.1. Payments are made according to the contract and payout percentages displayed on the platform.

7.2. The model is responsible for declaring income according to local tax laws.

8. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

8.1. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate a model's account for: a) Violation of these regulations b) Non-consensual content or the presence of other persons without approval (Co-performer) c) Abusive behavior towards users or staff d) Providing false information during registration

8.2. The model can request account closure with 14 days' notice.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. These regulations may be updated periodically. Models will be notified 7 days before any changes.

9.2. By continuing to use the platform after updates, the model confirms acceptance of the new provisions.
